Questions and answers
Getting started
A swap directory: you pick a pair, see the live rate and continue to the exchange, which performs the swap. No wallet is created here and no balance is stored.
Do I need an account?
No. Standard swaps run without registration — no email, no password, nothing to recover later.
Is KYC required?
Not for a standard swap. Verification is requested only when compliance rules flag a specific transfer, and you are told before any payout is held.
How long does it take?
Most swaps finish in 5 to 60 minutes. The delay is network confirmations: Bitcoin needs blocks, TRC20 payouts are close to instant.
What does the fee cover?
Two things: the network fee for the payout transfer and the provider spread. Both are already inside the figure you see before confirming.
A swap is late — what do I do?
Keep the transaction hash and the order id and contact support. Those two identify the transfer without any personal data.
I sent coins on the wrong network.
Contact support immediately with the hash. Recovery depends on the network and is not guaranteed — this is the one mistake worth double-checking every time.
